New To This Site, Looking For Some Info On Ulster Correctional Facility

My husband is in the middle of a draft, now he's landed in Ulster. I can't seem to find Info on it anywhere. Can anyone help me?

My husband has the same. He's actually doing 4 years 15 days, but his sentence was 5 years. If you really love your man, you'll know what to do.
