If you are truely concerned that he will act out his threats....in 2011.... take the letter to the prosecuter who sent him to jail. This threat is enough to possibly charge him with the threat and get him a longer sentence.

Wait until he gets out. A guy acts, thinks, dreams one way while incarcerated. Once out, everything can change. Waituntil he is out, has a job and gets off parole.

first, send the form back. They will tell him when you are APPROVED to visit and he will then tell you. Or, you can call the Visiting Sergeant and he will let you know when you are APPROVED. It usually takes 3 weeks for approvals...so dont call until it has been three weeks. As for mail, new guys move around alot. Dont worry, the mail will catch up

Just call the prison.. Phone: (307) 746-4436 they should be able to give you the release date. If this does not work, call the court or the attorney

He is well. Having completed his GED and is now taking college courses. It is still very hard for me and I know he does things in there that he does not share with me......but it is for his survival

Speaking from the guys point of view; it is so tough to feel that you are sort of taking advantage of the one's you love. He needs you and wants you to be happy, and to need him. From what I have learned, it should be those 'newest' and with the shortest time to serve as California has to pay for these inmates while out of state. Best to check with his counselor....
