  • Re: My brother!

If you are truely concerned that he will act out his threats....in 2011.... take the letter to the prosecuter who sent him to jail. This threat is enough to possibly charge him with the threat and get him a longer sentence.
  • Re: Hello, I need some advice please.

Wait until he gets out. A guy acts, thinks, dreams one way while incarcerated. Once out, everything can change. Waituntil he is out, has a job and gets off parole.

  • Re: Delano KNSP visting~~~~help

first, send the form back. They will tell him when you are APPROVED to visit and he will then tell you. Or, you can call the Visiting Sergeant and he will let you know when you are APPROVED. It usually takes 3 weeks for approvals...so dont call until it has been three weeks. As for mail, new guys move around alot. Dont worry, the mail will catch up to him if he is moved again. Remember, it takes a week or more for him to receive your letters and also remember that the Gurards read EVERY LETTER. Good

  • Re: Coping with Time

Speaking from the guys point of view; it is so tough to feel that you are sort of taking advantage of the one's you love. He needs you and wants you to be happy, and to need him. However he knows as much as you need him, he cant be there for you...this is where the pain can really turn into guilt. He wants you to be happy....its tough. There arnt any right answers or easy fixes.

From what I have learned, it should be those 'newest' and with the shortest time to serve as California has to pay for these inmates while out of state. Best to check with his counselor....

However, a California Superior Court judge last week determined that transferring inmates to another state is illegal. Judge Gail D. Ohanesian agreed with Gov. Schwarzenegger that the California prisons are overcrowded, but stated that the governor had declared an emergency
