When writing to an inmate at Lompoc you must have his Inmate Number, thenaddress the envelpe as follows; INMATE NAME & REGISTER NUMBER FCI LOMPOC FEDERAL CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION 3600 GUARD ROAD LOMPOC, CA 93436 Do not include anything in the envelope...you should let him tell you what is allowed...
