Im new to this whole thing. My soon to be husband just got 50 years. Im freaking out and have a tone of questions. As of rite now he's here in the Orange County jail. We are NOT married yet. How far can they send him. Where will he go. How long will it take for me and the kids to find him? Is everything going to be okay? Should we marry now wall he's still close or should we wait? Please help

JUST MY ADVICE, MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN IN FOR A YEAR NOW AND HE WAS IN COUNTY FOR 10 MONTHS, NOW AT A TRANSFER FACILITY AND THEY SAY HE COULD BE THERE ANYWHERE FROM 2 WEEKS TO 2 YEARS!! WHO KNOWS BUT GOD....REALLY. NOW MY HUBBY IS ABLE TO WRITE AND CALL AND ALL OF THOSE THINGS STILL, BUT I STILL CANT VISIT HIM IN THE TRANSFER FACILITY FOR 60 DAYS....WE HAVE BEEN TOGETHER 6 YEARS, AND 2 KIDS....I LOVE HIM AND WILL STAND BY HIM AS LONG AS HE WANTS ME TO.....HE IS NOT ELGIBLE FOR PAROLE UNTIL 2013.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear about the sitiation you are going through, I know how hard it is to not have answers or know what is going on. How long have you and your bf been together? Can it be a commonlaw marriage? I don't know about how far they can send him, i think that they can send him where ever they want to regardless. they is really nothing you can find out until they send your husband into a reception area, there it can take a few months to find out where he will be going to.If you don't hear from your husband for a few days call the inmate search number and they will tell you when he is moved,and , where they move him to. Keep calling intill someone lets you know something.Onces he is sent to reception, he needs to send you the application to see him.Visit him as much as you can while he is in county. It takes a little while to be aproved. Don't think you don't have any rights to know about him because you are not married.Everything will work out for you i'm sure, stay positive, i know that it's hard . I wish you the best.
Hello Tiffany, I so sorry to hear about your situation. I could not image my bf doing 50 yrs. I real new at this too. I been struggling to keep it straight all in my head.I keep messing things up with my bf. I just dont know how to feel everytime I see him. I'm not sure where there going to send him but if you have is ADC number you can track him anywhere google inmate search along with your state and you should be able to locate him. also, dont sign up for those websites that try to get you to pay to locate him its free. Good luck with everything gurl your love for him will help you to preserver.
