Different prisons have different rules about sending stuff to the inmates. Some places let you send stamps directly to them, while others have the inmates order them off the store. I would look online or call to see for sure. As far as sending money, you can go to www.jpay.com and send it, send it through Western Union, and some places you can send money orders to. Again, I would call to make sure. JPay is pretty cheap and convenient.
