I was writing an inmate for a few months, whom I found on a inmate pen pal site. We wrote from January to April. His letters used to come from Corcoran. I received his last letter in April from High Desert State Prison, saying he was transferred to High Desert for his child court hearings. He wasn't sure if he could receive mail or not. I've written him twice since that letter, to both High Desert and Corcoran Prisons, but have recieved nothing back, which isn't normal. Is there anyway to find out which prison he's in and how to get back in contact with him again? I have his name, birthdate, and CDC#s.
