my daughter does not have contact visits w/ her dad. He crashed into my car w/ her in it in 2001 and that is assault w/ a deadly weapon against a child. This is his 3rd time being in prison and the times before they had contact visits. Has anyone had this problem. Is there any way to get contact visits back? Please help.
