The facility currently houses 480 inmates with a staff of 128 line staff and 29 other staff. Many inmates assigned to DCC work off-grounds in assignments for local, state, federal and non-profit agencies, saving Colorado taxpayers tens of thousands of dollars each year.

The mission of Delta Correctional Center is to protect the public through efficient and effective management of offenders.
