Work, Education, and Treatment Programs Work Programs Approximately 200 "manual labor" jobs outside the facility at various locations in the Phoenix area involving government and private agencies. Approximately 110 jobs inside the facility including food service, maintenance, laundry, and general housekeeping. Education Programs Adult Basic Education, Lifeskills, General Education Development, and English for Speakers of Other Languages provided by Rio Salado Community College. Treatment Programs Substance Abuse Treatment Programs are provided.. Focus is on alcohol abuse due to nature of this inmate population.
