How long will we talk?
This is something else that varies from state to state and often, county to county. Most commonly, the calls are 15 minutes, but in some states, like TX, they are only 5 minutes, but others have up to 30 minutes uninterrupted. Also, not all states will allow your loved one to call you back immediately. Some require that they wait a designated amount of time before they can call the same number again. Not all, or even most, but some do have these types of restrictions.
