I need some help with information. My parents are 87 and they plan on visiting my brother in the Estes Unit, but we have no idea where to fly to. Have researched online, but cant seem to find the closest city to the Unit. Should we fly to Dallas and drive? Also, we need to know if there are any hotels/motels nearby the unit or is it best to stay in Dallas and drive out early? PLEASE HELP!

They should fly into DFW airport. They can take 360 down to 30 and head west to 35, go south to Alvarado which is really close to Venus, TX where the unit is. Alvarado has some newer hotels that they can stay in right off of I35. I know this is a month later than your post, but I hope it helps
