Take I-64 West to I-81 South. Take Exit 14 into Abingdon. Proceed through Abingdon to Route 19/58 North to Hansonville. At Hansonville turn left onto Alternate U.S. Route 58 West. Proceed on Alt. U.S. Route 58 through the towns of St. Paul and Coeburn to Norton. At Norton turn right onto U.S. Route 23 North. Proceed approximately thirteen (13) miles and turn right onto U.S. Route 23 Business to downtown Pound. Turn right onto State Route 83 in downtown Pound. Proceed on State Route 83 East toward Clintwood, approximately three and four tenths miles (3.4), then turn right onto State Route 361 South to facility.
