My fiance is a convicted sex offender who did his time at ADTC in new jersey. He was supposed to get out on 10/12. Instead he has been temporarity civilly committed. so now he is housed in the ANNEX around the corner. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The &amp;quot;residents&amp;quot; or so they are called over there are treated just as bad as the inmates. They have lock up, they have counts, they cant have cell phones, certain foods, can only get one visit a day, cant wear certain colors of clothing, have guards, locked doors, no electric, no hot water, questionable heating. no refrigerators. Visitors cannot enjoy a lunch with them. He feels like he is doing another bid for something he already served time for. The therapy he received and all that he accomplished at ADTC doesnt even count in the ANNEX. Its so sad. I feel helpless.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;He has a public defender who told him that he should waive his right to the 20 day trial thing because he would lose. so he did what the public defender asked him to and now he is in limbo. he cannot go to therapy, he does not have a social worker or a therapist. he is just sitting there waiting, which is prolonging his treatment, which is prolonging his stay. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Does anyone know anything about this? Can anyone guide me as to where to turn, what to do, who could help get him home? Ever since this Tabler ordeal jumped off they&amp;#39;ve been down here on F-pod sealing up the cells, virtually using a welder and metal plate to entomb us alive.&lt;br /&gt;Of course this has no bearing on how the cell phones got into the prison to begin with, they are still doing it. &amp;#39;weld som&amp;#39; on it&amp;#39; is always the redneck bubba&amp;#39;s answer. So they removed the dammned door handles and welded solid plate over it, welded extra pieces of metal over the mail slot the rat hole and the bottom skirt and are yet to add more and rubber seals and sweepers to those already on the door. Well, they&amp;#39;ve been over there on the other side of the pod welding angle iron in both corners of the back (outside) walls and when they do it sets off the smoke detectors which in turn activates the gas/smoke extraction exhausts, a series of huge fans in the side walls and roof of each section. These fans suck in massive quantities of air from the outside and blow it directly into the cells, out the cell into the pod common areas and out the fan exhaust thru sidewalls and roof to the outside.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Day before yesterday they ran these fans all day long. The temp outside is hovering at freezing to low 40&amp;#39;s. The first day it was raining and my cell leaks, so there was a pond in the middle of the floor. That night for the first time in years, it snowed. So here they come again to continue their little welding spree and want to set off the extractor fans again. It was &lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;so&lt;/span&gt; cold frost was forming on the cell tables and stainless steel toilet and and condensing on the stainless wall the toilet is afixed too. Whee! So it was like an arctic freeze in hereall day long that day and now of course we&amp;#39;re all sick. &lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;ALL&lt;/span&gt; that would&amp;#39;ve been required to alleviate this problem is one exhaust fan sitting in the cell door to suck out the smoke, dissipate it out into the huge common area. If it gets a bit much after a while turn on the gas purge and air it out. In 5 minutes the entire pod will be cleansed and the fans can be turned off and we&amp;#39;ll all stay warm. See, when the purge fans come on it kills the heat coming out of the cell vents in favour of fresh air from the outside. It takes the system 5 minutes to freeze out totally. If they did it this way we would never lose heat... Now tho&amp;#39;, instead, we&amp;#39;re all sick. It&amp;#39;s ridiculous. Oh well, it&amp;#39;s the states medical bill. This freezing air routine is actual torture.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There is a S. court precident:- Prisoners are not to be subjected to extremes of temperature during inclement weather.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The thing about it is, they&amp;#39;re subjecting us to punishment in the form of solitary confinement now, without any due process and no sentence to solitary. My husband and I are not legally married. Nonetheless, we did commit ourselves to one another and GOD. I&amp;#39;ve known him for 9 years now. I met him in 99&amp;quot; long before he went to prison and we were great friends as well as lovers. Thru out the years we stayed in contact off and on, then he went to prison. We were still in contact then one day we fell out and we stopped speaking. Some time went by and we got back intouch. By this time he had started to inform me of the romantic feelings he had toward me. I was unsure of where all of this was coming from but I knew I felt something for him as well. As time went on we had started to develop a beautiful relationship. I was overwhelmed at times because of how much he loved me. I didn&amp;#39;t understand it then because it was the first time in my adult life. I was in love!!!! Though I had been in relationships before, this is the first time I had experienced true love. Fast forward to this year. We have had so many problems but the biggest one to plague our relationship is my infidelity and deceit. Never would I have imagined I could have caused this man I love, so much heartache and pain. We have been trying to repair the damage but it has been very difficult. Your probably wondering how he found out about the situation, I told him. I love this man severely!!! An I&amp;#39;m sure what I did is not a reflection of that love for him nor GOD, but I do! He says he doesn&amp;#39;t want to be in a relationship anymore because his heart is crushed. I respect that but I still want to be with him. My question to anyone out there is this: Should I honor his request and let go or should I continue to pursue this relationship like my heart is telling me to? Simply because I don&amp;#39;t know how to let go if that were the outcome. I know it&amp;#39;s a lot but I would really appreciate some feedback please. conduct has the purpose or effect of interfering with the individual’s work or 
educational performance; of creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive 
working, and/or learning environment; or of interfering with one’s ability to 
participate in or benefit from a class or an educational program or 
activity.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Flaming and trolling are two linked terms that 
refer to types of behavior on the Internet, and most notably derive from Usenet 
and BBS (bulletin board systems) systems. This type of behavior is still fairly 
common in IRC (Internet Relay Chat) and at sites such as 
Slashdot.org.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;"&gt;Flaming&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The term &amp;#39;flaming&amp;#39; is 
defined slightly differently depending on which site you&amp;#39;re on, but generally it 
means the same thing wherever you go. h2g2 defines it thus:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Flaming means 
posting something that&amp;#39;s angry and mean-spirited - the online equivalent of 
flying off the handle.&lt;br /&gt;... whereas, according to the Jargon Dictionary, the 
term &amp;#39;flaming&amp;#39; originates at MIT1 from the phrase &amp;#39;flaming ***&amp;#39;. The 
definition of &amp;#39;flame&amp;#39; on this site goes on to define flaming in the following 
four ways:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To post an email message intended to insult and provoke. 
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To speak incessantly and/or rabidly on some relatively uninteresting 
subject or with a patently ridiculous attitude. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Either of senses 1 or 2, 
directed with hostility at a particular person or people. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(n) An 
instance of flaming. When a discussion degenerates into useless controversy, one 
might tell the participants &amp;#39;Now you&amp;#39;re just flaming&amp;#39; or &amp;#39;Stop all that 
flamage!&amp;#39; to try to get them to cool down (so to speak).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;"&gt;Trolling&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It defined 
&amp;#39;trolling&amp;#39; in three ways:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;... a posting designed to attract predictable 
responses or &amp;#39;flames&amp;#39;; or, the post itself. Derives from the phrase &amp;#39;trolling 
for newbies&amp;#39; which in turn comes from mainstream &amp;#39;trolling&amp;#39;, a style of fishing 
in which one trails bait through a likely spot hoping for a bite. The 
well-constructed troll is a post that induces lots of newbies and flamers to 
make themselves look even more clueless than they already do, while subtly 
conveying to the more savvy and experienced that it is in fact a deliberate 
troll. If you don&amp;#39;t fall for the joke, you get to be in on it.&lt;br /&gt;... an 
individual who chronically trolls in sense 1; regularly posts specious 
arguments, flames or personal attacks to a newsgroup, discussion list, or in 
email for no other purpose than to annoy someone or disrupt a discussion. Trolls 
are recognizable by the fact that the have no real interest in learning about 
the topic at hand - they simply want to utter flame-bait. Like the ugly 
creatures they are named after, they exhibit no redeeming characteristics, and 
as such, they are recognized as a lower form of life on the net, as in, &amp;#39;Oh, 
ignore him, he&amp;#39;s just a troll.&amp;#39;&lt;br /&gt;... [Berkeley] Computer lab monitor. A popular 
campus job for C[computer] S[tudies] students. Duties include helping newbies 
and ensuring that lab policies are followed. Probably so-called because it 
involves lurking in dark, cave-like corners.&lt;br /&gt;Trolling is generally recognized 
as being an occupation rather than an occurrence, i.e. while people can (and do) 
flame for the sake of flaming, flaming can often simply be a manifestation of 
someone&amp;#39;s overreaction to something someone else said. It is for this reason 
that while flaming is, almost without exception, frowned upon, trolling is more 
looked upon with scorn than its erstwhile counterpart. The website Slashdot.org, 
mentioned above, even goes so far as to have a method of forum moderation which 
allows postings to be classified as &amp;#39;troll&amp;#39; (as well as such other labels as 
&amp;#39;interesting&amp;#39;, &amp;#39;funny&amp;#39;, and &amp;#39;irrelevant&amp;#39;). Users who troll in situations like 
this generally troll for bait, as mentioned in the definition 
above.&lt;/p&gt;
