i do not know if anyone has answered your question? you first have him send you an application to be preapproved. the smarted way to go is to book a local room on for a friday night, take friday off, get there early enought so you can see him on a friday and saturday. take lots of quarters for each day, they appreciate some real food like strawberries and orangejuice. it is best to car pool with someone.
