Does anyone know the status of this Act?
I hope it passed. I wrote several letters
Yes it passed. I am a member of FAMM, and I went to one of the hearings here in DC for it. It passed earlier this year and went into effect around mid-March. The hearing that I had attended was interesting. As a result, my husband received about a year off of his sentence, but that was all given he had served most of it anyway.
