Inmates are responsible for
scheduling their visits. We will allow visits on a first come, first
serve basis. Inmates will not be called out of programs for visits.
Each inmate may place 5 names on
his/her visiting list. The inmate may request a change to his list in
writing to the Jail Commander or his/her designee after 90 days. Inmates
must fill out the visiting forms completely or the visitor will not be allowed
to visit. Inmates who have difficulty completing the form may request help
from the officer providing the form. However; it is the inmate's
responsibility to obtain the necessary information for the form.
A picture ID must be shown at the
time of each visit. Visitors must be on the inmate's visiting list.
Inmates are permitted three (3)
visits per week, unless restricted by classification or disciplinary
action. The week begins every Sunday.
No person under the age of 18 will
be permitted in the lobby during visiting.
Any visitor that disrupts the
visitation process in any manner may have their visiting rights revoked, and
may result in the inmate's visiting rights being suspended as well. Any
inmate that disrupts visiting will have his/her visitation rights
revoked. Visiting rights may only be reinstated after a request is sent
in writing to the Jail Commander or his/her designee. Disruptions
include, but not limited to: loud talking or yelling, inappropriate
clothing, obscene gestures or profanity, bringing children in the building
during visiting, more than one person visiting. Visiting rights may be
