Prisoners typically sleep on the floor, are subjected to prolonged and frequent lock downs and they are frequently tortured.There have been 22 deaths in the prision between February 2004 to Novemember 2005. Causes of these death yet have to be ascertained. The living condition in this prison is nightmare. Upto 5 prisoners sleep in a 4 square meter cell without matresses.They defecate in plastic bags and urinate in bottles.
