My husbnad wrote me a letter and asked me ,, when is enough enough?  I thought it over and I knew what he meant.  How long could I stand by his side?  How many more trips would I make to see him every saturday before I write and tell him I just cant make it this week...  How, many letters will I write before I say im running short on cash and cant buy stamps.  When will i write him and tell him that the lack of intamacy in my life is causing me to rethink this prison wife thing....  I knew his thoughts, I knew his inner most fears, I knew his frustrations.  So when I sat down to write him back,, i simply wrote this,  WHEN YOU LOVE SOMEONE, ENOUGH IS NEVER ENOUGH... THERE IS NO SUCH THING!

My husband hears stories from other cellies, how thier wives or girlfriends left them, or cheated them.  How thier love which they thought was invincible was now shattered.   In prison it seems that people dont like to see others have a love that is strong, well, i wouldnt go that far but mabey thier envy comes across wrong.  I know that last week my husband told him that one of his cell mates went up to him and said,  "Cooper man, I wish I was you."  My husband looked puzzed and asked him why.  "Cuz your wife is here every Saturday, the same time every time.  She writes you every day, Cooper I wish I was you."  What a compliment that was to not only him but to me.  See, they watch, they see, they hear.  Yet, i feel like Im the lucky one.  My husband still loves me, inspite of me calling the police that lead to his arrest and revocation of his parole.  I am blessd that he hasnt turned his back on me.

I will continue to stand by my husband side till the day Nov 29th 2009 when I go to the Walls in huntsville and pick him up.  I will then walked arm in arm with him through the rest of our lives, God willing.   Until that day, and till the end of time, I simply say, Enough is never enough. I will not give up on him, or our marriage.

Your right Sonja; enough is never enough. Lonnie & I arent married YET...but thats in our future. He & I have our own little motto..."No Matter What"...and we live by that.

I've seen a few post from the "regulars" but it is kinda slow over here...The pace will pick up eventually and they will come on over.

I went to your website again and read everything & looked at your pictures...Im ready for the book.  Im sure if I wrote a book on my point of view about all the stupid crap Lonnie's done and we went through, he would be completely argumentative and tell me my point of view was all wrong & everything he said or did was justified; and yep....he'd HATE it. LOL!

Hmmm there is some stuff I dont want in a book!   LOL!!  Besides  when this ride is over...I dang sure dont want a written reminder of it all.  To keep him in check when he gets home; I kept a county jail gel pen, and put it in his night stand next to his side of the bed. I also have the very FIRST letter he wrote me from county...you know the one..The "I'm so sorry & swear I will never do this to us again!" Yeah, I got that one and am gonna FRAME it and hang it on the wall in the bathroom so he can see it from the toilet...when he is in there enjoying his privacy...which he dont have where he is right now.
