Does anyone know if "care packages" sent to prisoners in Northern Ireland prisons (Maghaberry) are as strict and as they are here in the U.S.? I had sent a former pen-pal a flute (he already had a clarinet) in with him. Perhaps the prison sent it back to me unopened and not HIM??. I know the prison always opened the mail first anyway, this package wasn't even opened!!, I can tell by the seal of the package. Also, would anyone know how I may be able to find my former pen-pal?
