1. In order to make trips to prisons, 11 seats must be paid by due date to avoid cancelation of trip. Our trips are all nonprofit events.
2. There are no children rate/free seats.
3. First paid basis. No reserve seats. No extended due date(s)
4. All trips are fully refunded if RIHD cancels.
5. No refund if you cancel due to personal reasons. We will make every effort to sell your seat. However, if we cannot we are unable to refund you. We are a nonprofit group - we make no profits off any of the trips.
6. NO CREDIT
7. Please make sure you check with the prison week of the trip to make sure the prisoner is allowed visitors.
8. Have proper identification
9. Dress according to prison rules & regulations
10. NO DRUGS, ALCOHOL ALLOWED WHILE IN VAN/TRANSPORTATION
11. To avoid being left at prison/hotel please follow schedule given during trip
12. We accept money orders or cash. Receipt given for cash payments.
13. Not Responsible for lost/stolen items.
