Hey Mrs Cooper, Thanks. We have been married 20 years. It hasn't been all roses and might never be, but thats ok too. If it wasn't for Gods helping hand in our lives we might be devorced years ago. We said for better or worse.It will all work out how its supose to.I don't plan on giving up. I always look at where we've been and thank God, when we stumble, He's always there to pick us up.You're a very wise women. you'll make it far.

Today my husband got a serve all..... He will not be home before November 28th 2009.  Now I realize that is just next year but boy am i bumbed out.  We were never apart for one day and then wham gone.... its been a long road.

I have to tell him on sunday and I can quarentee you all that it will not be a good visit at all.  And the shame of that is it follows the best weekend of our live,,, our marriage seminar was amazing, and now this............   oh well, this is life,, and God is in control.  Im okay,. I can deal with this next year, but  he cant do it.

Hey mrscooper, thats good news. Nov. will be here before you know it. You tell that man of yours he'll be fine cause he's got a great wife beside him. I don't know eather of you personally but you mrscooper have helped me and probably many others keep our sanity through this mess our men have created. We all make mistakes but thats ok only if we learn from them. Hang in there it's got to get better.

Susan, thank you for saying such nice things.  If I can help one woman get through this mess somehow I feel that I have acomplished what God put me in this mess to do.  (smile)

This is so hard for each of us, and really our friends, our family, our co workers, cant really understand and listening to someone give you advice who isnt in your shoes is hard to follow. Its like going to a marriage counslor that is single.  Not a good idea.

I thank you for saying Leo has a great wife, that means alot.  I try hard,. but mostly I just let God guide my steps.  I carry myself in a way that will not cause embarrasment or hurt to my husband, no matter where he is or what he gave me in our past,  That is dead, the future is what we make of it.

Wenday, what state are you in?  All states have a main number that you can call, or even look up on line with his inmate number and it will tell you whre he is.    Hold on honey, this is a rough road, but i promise you if your on it, you can get through it.........   You said Jamestown, is that the name of the unit he is at, you can call the unit itself and get all your answers.  Breath,,, relax,  and dont panic......... 

 Thanks.  He's at Sierra Conservation Center in Jamestown, CA.  I cant seem to searh out a number to call anywhere??  He's scheduled to come home in April of this year and we are SO EXCITED to have him back!  We visited him when we was at DVI, in Tracy, but it was the through glass, over the phone kind - WEAK!  He says the visits at this new place are in-person.  Hopefully I wont have to play the 'call a million times game' to schedule a visit, like at Tracy.  Where can I search out with his CDC# to get info on where to call?

Well Wendy I am not in california so I dont want to stear you wrong, but call the unit he is in.  IF you cant find it call the local county jail and they might be able to tell you the number.    In this areana we all have to deal with the games, but guess what we all get through it.

Just wanted to check in on you ladies and see how you were doing?  Well, January is just about over so that means that we all have one more month behind us.  Keep pressing on ladies, this road that we are on is long and full of debree but there is an end to this road.  Keep holding on to your faith, your love and your courage.

Hey MrsCooper, I'm doing pretty good thanks for asking. I've been really busy this month. I'm an Event Coordinator/Decorator. Lots of  Banquits, Fundraisers and Weddings. So I don't have alot of time to be depressed, but trust me sometimes it does get the best of me. So I come here and check on you guys. Your so right no one knows how hard this can be unless they have walked this road. But we'll all be ok cause Gods on our side.

Have a good evening, got to catch some zzz.I start setting up for the charity ball tomarrow morning that accually doesn't start till Saturday. Say a prey we survive. Biggest event of the year in our fine town. I Thank God everyday my husband at least helped make a great son to help when dads not home. You know the honey-do list.  Anyway Good night.

I'm glad your keeping busy Susan,, this is s tough time.  I know that when I was unemployed all of last year I thought I was going to go insane!!!  Now that Im working, when I am home, I write a letter, watch my soaps and get on line.  Just waiting for the release of my husband, and my book.  I know that once I get that release date i will be pretty busy promoting it. 

Well, since your an event coordinator you can give me some tips on a nice, inexpensive wedding,  thats what im going to work on for the end of next year.  (smile)  we have redone our vows twice,, we will keep doing it till we get it right!!!

For those of you that are traveling this weekend to see your loved ones I send many prayers with you.   For those of you that are taking a break this weekend take care of you now.

This is a tough road to travel but you all are great.  This road has to come to an end one day I promise.  Keep holding on, keep your faith,and keep writing those loved ones thier letters.

Its superbowl sunday everyone!!!!!!   Well I hope that those of you that had visits were wonderful ones....  I know mine was.  Even when he said he hated my book.    not surprised at all, but her suports me and the book so that is what matters.  Seems that the medication is starting to really work,, he said that he was going to cut our visit short cuz he was mad, but that when he saw me the anger was gone too.  Good sign.  Ive had too many ugly visits.

Anyway, another day alone without him ,, but one more day closer to his arms forever.  2o more months to go.... We can make it!
