If you look at the general behavior of gay men in San Francisco & Hollywood, CA, you'll observe that like some (most??) single heterosexual men, gay men are often promiscuous. It's repugnant that homosexuals are allowed to mix with straights inside prisons, and it's easy to predict that if these men enjoy giving service to other men, they'd likely barter sexual favors in return for cigarettes, special treatment, or merchandise from the canteen at someone's jail account expense. The prisons & jails are creating an underground male prostitution market by letting homosexual men to mix with straights. I believe transgender men (men modified with bre+ast growth enlargement treatments) are segregated because you can't tell them from real women. The same policy should be adopted with gay men, to put a stop to gay sex activities.
With the absence of women, REAL straight men will simply masturbate for sexual release. Anyone who would consider gay sex, and claim he's straight, is lying 
He's either gay or bisexual, but a straight will never indulge in giving or receiving favors from another guy.
