Prison Place

 Well, it has been a year since my boy was sent to prison. I am so angry that he allowed himself to get involved with thugs. Although he did nothing but be in the wrong place, he is paying a hefty price. I thank God that no one was hurt and that only propery was damaged. He is doing well, taking College courses and wants to continue school once out.

I hope he is an example for other kids and that they will heed his example 

How is your son doing?

Hey I feel your pain it has been over 6 months since I have seen my boy.

I am also so damn mad that he got envolved with the wrong crowd, totally from a different place and neighborhood altogher.

I miss him dearly and I await the day when he comes home.  A mother's love for a son is something STRONG and unshakable.

I have a granddaughter that will be 1 on October the 8th.  My son is only 19, I have to stay positive so I look at the fact that now he will be mad to get a education and learn a life learned lesson basicly become a man instead of a mothers boy.

So keep your head up girlfriend and now we mothers with a sons locked up have your back; you may ask back in what, well in prayer and most of all and always some encourging words.  Even though we don't know one another our hearts are kindred because we both lost.

I CAN RELATE TO YOUR LOSS IT'S BEEN ALMOST 2 YEARS SINCE MY SON HAS BEEN GONE FROM ME TALK ABOUT A HEFTY PUNISHMENT MY SON GOT 112 YEARS FOR ATTEMPTED MURDER AT THE AGE OF 19 BUT THEY WANTED HIM SINCE HE WAS 12. THE PERSON WHO WAS SHOT,TURNED RAT AND WENT INTO THE WITNESS PROTECTION PROGRAM A YEAR LATER HE WAS CONVICTED OF TRYING TO KILL HIS GIRLFRIEND NOE HE'S IN PRISON GO FIGURE ON THAT!

 He is well. Having completed his GED and is now taking college courses. It is still very hard for me and I know he does things in there that he does not share with me......but it is for his survival
