    Re: Fort Stockton Unit

There are actually 2 units in Ft Stockton.  N5 and the Lynaough unit.  N5 is a pre release unit and Lynaugh is a medical unit.

My husband is at Lynaugh and it is a very relaxed, calm, and decent facility.  The food is a little better but not by much.  The CO's are a little bit more relaxed, but the newer ones that just came aboard feel that they have to prove something, so by saying that you all know what that means.

The New warden there is Warden Walker who came from the Sanchez unit here in El Paso Texas.  The Chaplain there is very nice and encouraging.  We just had our first marriage seminar there.  We were actually the Pilot group and it went well so expect to see more there.  IF anyone has a husband there and you hae questions feel free to drop me a line.
