He just gave me an estimated time within three weeks, but I haven&#39;t heard from him. I moved and I told him in his last letter where my new address was but I don&#39;t know if he got it, will it get transferred to where he went? I really miss him and haven&#39;t heard from him in awhile..when they do get transferred do they have a certain amount of time they have to wait before contacting us? Just wondering if anyone knows the answers to any of these questions please reply to this.
